You have the option to upgrade shipping at checkout, and this is highly recommended! 

UPS Overnight and USPS Express are the ONLY two shipping options that allow us to offer you a LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE.Any other shipping method you choose, the risks are your responsibility. By purchasing the items on your invoice, you  acknowledge and accept this guaran

 

Handling Time

Your order will take 5-7 business days to ship. (Package usually ships the following Mon-Wed we receive your order, unless we were too busy and just couldn't get to your order in time - in which you'll ship the following Monday morning.)

 

Handling Fees

We will NEVER charge a Handling Fee!

 

International Shipping

Due to Covid delays, BPC is not currently shipping outside of the US

 

Return Policy

If the damage is due to a fault of The Boho Plant Club, we will do everything possible to make things right. 

UPS and USPS do NOT honor insurance claims for damaged perishable items - they only honor claims for lost packages. Each package will include $100 in LOST insurance – and The Boho Plant Club will be the one to file a claim with the carrier should your package go rogue (this typically happens on day 15).

We pack with a lot of love and a potentially rough trip in mind; however, crazy things can happen. We are not responsible for damages/delays caused by shipping carrier, crazy weather, and things outside of our control. KNOW YOUR WEATHER and CHOOSE THE RIGHT CARRIER!

In order to receive a refund on an item, you will need to submit certain information for us to proceed with refund process:

  • Contact us within the first hour of receiving the item (we will confirm delivery details with carrier)
  • Send photos/videos of damaged contents
  • Send description of damage
  • Send us your full name, address, amount paid, and order number
  • You will send all above information in one email to: bohoplantclub@gmail.com
  • Allow The Boho Plant Club the opportunity to replace the item before issuing a refund

Items ineligible for a refund:

  • Chonks, Nodes and "Wet Sticks"
  • Newly cut cuttings ("cutting purge")
  • Soil and any soil amendments 
  • Any item posted as "Unrooted"
  • Any handmade jewelry/art
  • Discounted items; any items on SALE

Chonks, wet sticks, nodes, new cuttings - these items will lose a root or a leaf or two either during shipment or while it is acclimating to your environment. Please be aware of this! 

An investigation will be performed to determine eligibility, and can take up to 3 business days for result. 

CHONKS, NODES, WETSTICKS, NEW CUTTINGS AND UNROOTED PLANTS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REPLACED!!  BY PURCHASING THESE ITEMS, YOU ARE LETTING US KNOW THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS SHIPPING THESE ITEMS AND YOU ACCEPT ALL RESPONSIBILITY! 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES/STRESS THAT OCCUR DURING SHIPPING!

Refunds will be approved on a case by case basis. 

Should your refund case be approved, you will need to return the damaged item to The Boho Plant Club. The Boho Plant Club will provide the return label. You MUST return the item in the exact packaging it arrived in and you must provide the tracking number to us before you are refunded. Your refund will be issued once we receive the item back and we are able to inspect it. 

The Boho Plant Club is NOT responsible for any damages or delays caused by shipment stress caused by the shipment carrier. 

 ⭐️Plant may be removed from pot and shipped in a smaller pot or a biodegradable grow bag to lessen carbon footprint impact during shipping. We try to do everything we can with Mother Earth in mind.
